Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

  Package & Pickup

  Securely pack the items in the original packaging; our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours for the pickup.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
